Have I hurt my leo's?

I have 2 baby gecko's that I've had for a month now, not sure how old they are but I'm guessing 4-6 months old. I am wondering if I'm over supplementing. My supplements are: zoo med reptivite w/o D3, zoo med Repti Calcium w/o D3, and Reptocal w/d3 (and reading further on the bottle I see this one contains vitamins too. I am dusting crickets and mealworms daily. I use the Repti Calcium (no D3) 5 days a week, Reptocal that has the D3 and vitamins 1 a week, and the Reptivite (no D3) once a week. I also leave a dish of Repti Calcium w/o D3 in all the time I have read through the threads and I understand everyone does it differently, but I'm really worried that I'm dusting either too much or not with the right stuff. Since I see the Reptocal has vitamins too do I even use the reptivite? These are brand new bottles and when they are empty I am thinking to switching to Repashy. Both of my babies are eating and pooing fine and are growing nicely.I just don't want them to become toxic or lack on anything, my kids ( and I) would be absoulutely devastated if we harmed them. I want them to live for a very long time. I know alot on here are breeders and have years of experience, so I would really like to know if I'm doing things right or if I am harming them. I'm sorry if you guys have already answered this, but it really put my mind at ease if you long time leo keepers would respond:main_yes:

Rest easy there, it sounds like you are doing everything perfectly. Leos will generally refuse more than is good for them in the vitamin dept. I would say as long as you're feeding them at least 3x a week, they'll be fine.

You can use these in just about any combination, or rotate use even, whatever works for you and your geckos...I always leave a dish that has half-and-half vitamins and calcium in it...I figure they'll lick whatever side they're craving. Some people mix the two in a dish. I've had geckos almost 8 years, but I'm not like a super-pro (yet!). Wishing the best for you.

Congrats on your new pets! (and thanks for researching first!) May they have a long and happy life with you and your kids. :D

Thanks very much for the reply Janece. You must be doing something right to have had your babies for 8 years :) Just out of curiosity what was or is your dusting schedule for juvies? Ironically we also have 2 cats an 8 y/o and a 4 y/o who are part of are family, who are very healthy, and we never worried about them like these little geckos. Their just so tiny, and we have definitely become reptile lovers :)
