The only bug I ever ate was the worm at the bottom of the tequila bottle in college on a dare. By then I don't even remember what it tasted like. All I know is that I won't ever do it again(soberly anyway).

I showed my cousin's preschoolers a video of my gecko eating a superworm, and now they're convinced that worms taste good. They even kept telling me that they wanted to eat one. Too bad I didn't have any with me to offer them at the time.

Eating mealworms really isnt that terrible. I've had the pleasure of eating a large variety of grubs and worms a while back during training phase in florida.

Then again, I never really chewed enough to taste them, I usually held my breathe while chewing and washed it down with water almost immediately afterwards.

I did like ants though.

I made a bet with my grandchildren that if they would kiss a mealworm I'd give them $20. Neither would do it. Then they bet me that they'd give me $20 if I kissed one... so I licked it. They both went, "Eeeeewww, Grandma!!!!!", but niether of them had the $20 to pay up. So, I made them work it off by pulling weeds in the yard.

wow looks like all of you had a share of bugs 1 way or another i got a few laughs reading your posts especially the getting wacked at high speeds ones . i got hit in the cheek by a bumble bee once going 70mph with the window rolled down lol!

i almost want to eat a mealie but ill have to wait till a drunken night then ill do it with a friend and record it on u tube for u guys to see. hand me that bottle of vodka quick
