Last week (or a little before that I guess) I shipped 2 packages and they were sent to the wrong locations. They fixed the one and the geckos arrived safely the next morning. They screwed up the 2nd package again and it took 3 days in the cold and the geckos didn't make it.:(

I shipped another 2 packages last night. The first package already arrived safely. The 2nd package now shows a weather exception. I called and UPS said they had no info, but that it might be a fog issue.:main_angry: They can't tell me anymore right now. The geckos might not be delivered today and I dont' know that they'll make it another night in the cold. They have a 40 hr heat pack, but it's only in the 40's where it's going. Last nights low was above freezing, but I think tonights low is around 32 there.:(

I am so upset right now and I'm at a loss with what to do.:( I can't believe I've had problems twice in row.:( I'm going to have my husband call UPS back in a hour and see if he can find out more info.

UPS updated the site and it looks like they're on their way now! Out for delivery.:) I'm so relieved.:D Now I feel silly for making this post. The exception only last 4 hours.

Hey Kristi,

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, and the loss of the gecko. :( Hopefully that was it - no more bad luck. Glad to hear the gecko is on his/her way. :main_thumbsup:

Delays and "couldn't find address" have happen to me with no ill effects thankfully. Sorry to hear you lost a shipment, that plain sucks to hear.

Sorry about that Kristi... I sent some today and I'll be agonizing over it until I know they've safely arrived... It never gets easy...

cold is WAY better than HOT. I prefer to recieve 58 degree animals much more than 90 degree animals. They seem to bounce back much better from cold than even alittle over heating.

That's what I figured. I just let her know to let them warm up slowly at room temp. I'm sure they'll be fine.:)
