Last week (or a little before that I guess) I shipped 2 packages and they were sent to the wrong locations. They fixed the one and the geckos arrived safely the next morning. They screwed up the 2nd package again and it took 3 days in the cold and the geckos didn't make it.
I shipped another 2 packages last night. The first package already arrived safely. The 2nd package now shows a weather exception. I called and UPS said they had no info, but that it might be a fog issue.:main_angry: They can't tell me anymore right now. The geckos might not be delivered today and I dont' know that they'll make it another night in the cold. They have a 40 hr heat pack, but it's only in the 40's where it's going. Last nights low was above freezing, but I think tonights low is around 32 there.
I am so upset right now and I'm at a loss with what to do. I can't believe I've had problems twice in row. I'm going to have my husband call UPS back in a hour and see if he can find out more info.
