it is probably a bad egg, good eggs dont normally grow mold so long as they ar enot exposed to it (ie sitting next to a bad egg growing mold). I would seperate the two eggs just to be sure the mold doesnt transfer onto the good egg, and change the vermiculite.

lower the temps, crestie eggs need to incubate at room temps, think of it as about the same times for the geckos. Normally 72-76 is a good temp for them. If the temps are too high the baby may hatch to soon before fully developed and can die after hatching if not fully mature.

You can find alot of useful breeding info on Pangea as it is a Rhac site, and there is a breeding section there. But pretty much try to keep the temps at a level temp, meaning dont let it flux to much as temp lux can cause incubation problems, and like I said to high can cause pre-mature hatching, low to mid 70's is where you want to be, you can even incubate in the high 60's fine, it just takes longer to incubate then. Normally in the low to mid 70's it takes about 65-110 days to hatch, around 80 days give or take is most average. If in the high 60's it usually takes 100 days plus for the egg to hatch.

Babies dont normally eat right out of the egg, after their first shed is when they eat which is normally 1-2 days after hatching. Dont handle them to much once they do hatch, give them a good few weeks to settle in, and be sure to mist them twice daily as they dehydrate easily.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

80 at absolute hotest, but 75 is great for incubation. the one is a bad egg. I'd put it in its own cup so the mold doesn't spread to the other egg. keep incubating just in case though, you never know.

One of my eggs got mold. i used med foot powder. I also had the eggs in seperate containers. I incubated at 74-75 degrees. The egg that had mold still hatched. In fact the baby that came out of it has out- grown the one that came from the great egg, lol. Good luck.
