What are the health risks associated with a gecko being too fat? Can lizards get diabetes? I'd imagine that being overweight would put stress on their hearts as well.

I know it can caues fatty liver which is not good. m not sure what else but im sure it cant be healthy.

I do not know if a Lizard can get diabetes because diabetes is a condition that relates to the processing of insulin (and sugar). I would assume that would only occur in mammals. We get sugar from carbohrydrates. But, I am only guessing.
But, the Gecko can get fatty liver disease and that would cause the liver not to work.:main_no:
