Heat cable use? *pics*

Putting on some heat cable. Just wondering am I using to much, or to little? Its a 30 inch long and 10 inches is covered. Here are some pics. Tell me if I should put more on or take a little off.

That's about how I do it. I don't know if the tape will hold, but you'll find out eventually.

That's how I had mine set up, but the electrical tape didn't hold very well. I had to re-apply it at least once a month.

Go to HOme Depot of Loews and get some Nashua tape which looks like duct-tape shaped mylar and comes on a roll with an adhesive backing. It sticks very well.

i have used a mill to get my heat cable in the wood!
so the cabel dont disrupt the trays! ;-)
