Hey folks,
I'm going to PetSmart/Petcetera today to see what they can offer for my Leo tank. I might also pick up a small heat lamp with a blue or red infrared bulb (mostly for viewing the lil guy at night). Now, I was wondering what watt should be sticking with. And an infrared bulb wouldn't provide much heat, would it? I'm pretty sure come winter the UTH won't be enough to keep the tank warm.
If infrared bulbs don't do the job, what if I get red/blue UV bulbs? Now, mind you, I don't want to get super warm ones, only something that would raise the temp by about 10F.
Any tips or suggestions?
