I got a komodo heat mat late june. Last week i noticed bubbles at the top near the wire, they hadnt been there before. I already emailed them, they havent responded. Will they replace it or will it be OK to use?
Thanks

By "bubbles" do you mean that the heater is pulling away from the surface it's adhering to? If so, it could be because the heater is made with poor quality adhesive (I'm not saying it is; I'm not familiar with that brand), or because the surface you stuck it too wasn't completely clean. Some companies are very responsive and some just don't want to deal with anything so they never respond. If it turns out that the bubbling isn't affecting its heating ability then you're probably good to go. If they don't respond and you need to replace it, I would recommending using ZooMed heat cable which you can tape into place and then remove and put somewhere else if you need to. I've gotten the best price on it through eBay.
