Heat tape for python Rack

Is 3" heat tape big enough for an adult ball python and other similar sized python rack? or should I go with the 11"? or 4"?

go 11 baby! i do not like 3in heat tape too many watts per foot

it depends on how big the containors are. if they are bigger than 28qt than go with the 11", if they are 28qt than 4" is fine.
