heat tape issue...

So, my fiance and I built a really nice rack for our gex, and we bought a Helix thermostat at the San Diego expo earlier this month to go with it. We then ordered heat tape, and we're just wondering how to keep the heat tape in place; is there a method to use that will hold it down perfectly flat so that when the tubs are moved in and out they don't mess it up???

i just used packing tape and taped down the sides to my rack

Before I switched to Heat Cable, I used the Aluminium Tape. I still use the Alumium Tape with my heat cable. I prefer the Heat Cable. My temps are more steady and its more relieable in my opinion. I use a Herpstat for mine.
