Heating and Lighting

I'm sure this is somewhat a matter of opinion, but whats the best way to heat and light a leopard geckos cage? (with the best health intentions for the lizard, of course) Should there be a night time light? Should there be a bulb at all? both affordable and expensive methods? Thanks

Short answer: under tank heater (UTH) for heat, no lights necessary.
