Heating Issue

I have a heat pad underneath my repticarpet in with my luna and the temp is abit low about 31°C(hot side) and 17°C(cool side) At max setting using a digital thermometer with 2 probes , i have bought a 75 watt red heat lamp and i want to increase the overall temp.
Will this make the Viv too hot?
Will i be able to lower the temp by reducing the heat the mat gives out?

No need for any lamps/lights. Under tank heater should be sufficient

I think 33 on the hot side would be a little better. Measure the temperature on the floor under the hide. If it still isn't hot enough, put some aluminum foil on the outside of the UTH so the UTH is sandwiched between the foil and the bottom of the tank. This should increase the heat somewhat.
