HEATING PROBLEM

Ok, so my UTH goes to 100 degrees and I leos like 90-95(If I am right) how do I controll it? I know you can get Dimmers or thermostats and I am on a tight budget. If any knows a good cheap fix to this please tell me!

The dimmer is pretty cheap. Failing that, experiment with putting more layers (tile, repti-carpet, slate, etc) on top of the side where the heater is.

There's really only 1 kind. Go to Home Depot or Loew's and get a lamp dimmer, under $20. It plugs into the lamp and into the wall.
