Hello all.

I'm not good at introductions, but here goes.

I recently acquired two leopard geckos. Yusuf a presumed male Snow hatchling being kept on sand and looking undernourished at the pet store that I couldn't leave in good conscience. And Rasha, a three year old albino female (Tremper or Bell, I'm new to this, so I'm not sure) adopted from a newly pregnant woman who just didn't have the time to put into her various reptiles anymore.

I currently have a mealworm colony being established, looking into also raising Turkistan roaches, and superworms.

I've joined this site in the hopes that it will help me be a better caretaker to my new friends.

I also own (personally) a male Rat, two cats (familial) and greatly desire to keep bees. :main_yes:

Yusuf means "he will grow." Little guy was small, but I have high hopes for him. And Rasha means "antelope." She's kinda skittish, and very fast.

Thank you. I have pictures...on my phone. But it takes huge pictures, and I'm not sure how to scale them down on a PC. (I'm a Mac man)

I'll try to get some on here though.

Damon, upload them to a photo sharing website and just post the icon link to the pic. That way the pic will stay big, but will show small on the thread.

Haha, no Khrysty, it didn't. Besides, I don't have accounts on any of those anymore. And....there's a way to do it on here.

Update:

My rat passed from old age, one day after I acquired my new Crested Gecko, Caillou.

Both Yusuf (now very visually male) and Rasha have put on weight admirably. Here's pictures.

Geez, dude. When you posted the update did you look at your old pictures? Look how HUGE these guys have gotten? Looks like Rasha doubled in size...and Yusuf could have very well tripled.
