Hello! My name is Kathryn, and I'm (obviously) new to the forum. 
Quick bit of info about me:
I'm 16 and am loving the reptile world. I have lupus (SLE), and am currently in a flare (when my disease is active) so I am home until at least second semester starts. I want to be a vet when I get older, I'm leaning towards focusing on herps, but still have lots of time to decide on that I like to make jewellery and I LOVE reading, especially about animals and the regency era. I love True Blood, Glee and Terra Nova xD Thats about all I can say about myself now.
My first reptile is Miracle, a leopard gecko. I rescued her from my insane neighbors who hadn't cleaned her tank for a year, were using only an overhead light (which I think was just a normal lightbulb as well -__-") for heat, hadn't fed her for at least a week (but I found crickets dead where she couldn't reach them). She was SUPER skinny, and had dropped her tail a week before, and they left the tail in the tank with her. And they used wood chips as substrate. Anyway, my best friend has 2 leos so I got a lot of info from her, plus info I got online, and now she is a healthy, fat (63grams) leopard gecko. She isn't really mine anymore though. My mom who used to be afraid of reptiles has kinda stolen her from me xD (She's a blizzard btw).
After Miracle, I became hooked and now have 11. Although I don't remember the exact order I got them all in, so I'll just list the rest:
Nina (approx 5months) is a normal leopard gecko. Rosie(approx 6 months) is a tremper albino leopard gecko. Ritz and Myfora (approx 1 1/2 years old) are snowglow leopard geckos.
Skinky (named by my 6 year old twin cousins) is a blue tongue skink and he's about 8-10 years old. He used to belong to my aunt, who passed it on to my other aunt who passed him on to me.
Murray is a green tree frog. I have no idea how old he is.
I also have 3 crested geckos. 1 is a male, named Chester. The other 2 aren't old enough to be sexed yet, I believe they are under 3 months old. One is named Monkey and the other is named Charlie Charlie David (my dad named Charlie lol).
And my newest addition I got on Sunday. Tank is a bearded dragon. He's only a few months old. I got him at the reptile expo I went to.
I also have 2 dogs, a beagle/daschund mix named Frank and boxer/choc. lab mix named Houston. And a betta named Dixie.
Can't think of much more to say right now. lol.
