Hi all-
My name is John and I live and work in an old mill town - Danville, Virginia. I manage a team of wonderful mental healthcare professionals and enjoy providing services to individuals diagnosed with serious mental illnesses. I'm a serial hobbiest with 6 leopard geckos. A few months ago I adopted my first gecko, Achilles, who is missing one of her back feet . . . creative name, huh?
Me at a lookout point on Table Rock in NC.
I enjoy hiking and camping, cooking, and attempting to play various instruments (piano, violin, banjo, guitar, and the lap harp). I've been turning over rocks in search of crawlies since I was old enough to walk. My love of animals, especially reptiles, amphibians, and insects has continued to be the focus of most of my hobbies as an adult. I've already learned so much from the experts on this forum, and look forward to learning more as well as contributing back as I gain knowledge and experience in the colorful and ADDICTIVE world of leos. :main_thumbsup:
