Hello from a new Giant Gecko owner

Hi Everyone,
I'm happy to have found this site as I"ve just purchased my first Lechie, or Giant Gecko. Not sure yet what the gender is but here's a pic of the lechie.

Hope to find others who are also owners of this unique and awesome breed of lizard. '

Welcome to the forum. I have 1 leachie who's about 2 years old. He was 7 grams when I bought him and is now over 160 grams!

Hi Aliza,
He's a big boy! Velvet weighs 7.1 grams as of three days ago and was born in October. My sister and brother in law own a reptile/aquarium shop in MA and he has a lechie as well, that is a big girl. They feed her rapashy and "my big fat gecko" which apparently you can only get online?? They tell me she loves it more than the rapashy and her weight has increased since using it.
I see you are in Sommerville MA? I'm not that far away...south shore.

They own Exotic Aquarium and Pet shop in Lanesboro MA. They specialize in saltwater aquatics and reptiles
