Hello, my name is Kevin and I just got a SHTCTB male this week from GoldenGateGeckos after sitting so long on whether or not to buy a Leopard Gecko at all. I am quite thrilled that I decided to get one. I have been scanning this site for a while, gathering any additional information I'd need to and now that I've got a herp of my own, I have joined to show him off.

Here is Fisch (named because we are only supposed to have "a fish in a 10 gallon tank" in our dorms) twenty minutes after unboxing on Tuesday 10/20 at 31 grams.

Any suggestions? So far he eats like a hog and seems to have plenty of warmth (91F in the warm side ok? it's 82F on the cool side.) and doesn't mind running around at night or being handled, which is awesome.

That is one of the most orange tails I think I have EVER seen o.o... Or maybe I just don't pay attention enough when I am browsing the internet. But that is definitely a top quality gecko you purchased their my friend. Congrats.

Now that I am thinking about it I wonder if anyone's actually been able to breed a carrot tail which is almost fully orange...
