I have been doing only a few months research and got a good grasp on genetics, hatchling/gravid/recovering gecko care, etc. etc. I am not planning on breeding any time soon because I know that I still have very little knowledge, I want to make sure i'm ready for any vet bills, problems, or unexpected situations that could possibly occur. I've been researching by listening to trusted breeder videos, reading Leopard GEkcos - The next generations, leopard geckos for dummies, and The leopard gecko Manual. By reading these books, looking on YouTube and the internet of course, I slowly accumulated a list of what I believe is everything i need. But you are the experts, so what do you think? Is it all i need (besides LOTS of knowledge of course:D)?

repashy
cal. w/ D3 (rep-cal)
cal. without D3 (rep-cal)
digital scale
tubs
dishes (food, water, calcium)
hides
lay box
lay box substrate
egg incubation containers
vermiculite
air-pressured spray bottle
HovaBator incubator
thermostats for rack and incubator
heat cable
note-taking supplies
shipping supplies

Thanks.

Welcome to GF. You seem to have it mostly right. I'm a little confused by "repashy calcium w/ D3 (rep-cal). Rep-Cal is one brand and Repashy is another. The Repashy is considered to be an "all-in-one" for calcium, D3 and vitamins.

If you're using a hobovator, you really need a proportional thermostat because the hobovator one isn't much good. I believe that the ZooMed incubator, which is more expensive than the hobovator, includes a proportional thermostat which is why it costs more.

You could consider a humid hide, but you can also use the lay box as a humid hide.

Thanks aliza! i don't know why you saw repashy and the 'calcium w/ d3 (rep-cal) together, but i posted it separately as far as I know :) Unless you all tell me otherwise, i'm going to use repashy calcium plus to dust the geckos' food in everyday and the Rep-cal calcium without D3 in the geckos cages at all times. The Repcal calcium with D3 AND the calcium without D3 will be available at all times for gravid female, to make sure that they stay healthy and their eggs grow properly :)
