help gecko wont eat help!!!!!!

hi about a week ago my gecko stopped eating we have not changed ne thing she has been in the same tank and surrounding for bout 8 month and had a very healthy appetite and ate bout 6 or more crickets at a time now for the last week she hasnt ate a thing aprt from her skin she shred thought mayb impaction but after she ate her skin last nite she pooed fine bout 2 hr ago what else could be wrong shes very lathargic as well any help

She may be ovulating which often decreases appetite, or she is sick, in which case you would need a vet visit.
