Please help with sexing these little ones The first is 20 days now, the second and third are 4 weeks. and the last one is about 7-8 weeks. :main_robin:
Honestly, they are most likely still to young to sex, especially the first one. Usually you can't sex them until they are either 6 months or 5-6 inches long, unless they were incubated at certain temperatures.
As of right now, they all look like females to me, but based on their ages you could easily have one or more males that aren't developed yet.
I'm still unexperienced with sexing, so this is just information I've gathered during my research. The breeders will probably be able to tell you more.
I'm a rookie and I can sex leopards at three months with my magnifying light so I would say three months would be good. I think your last one should be OK to sex but the others no. BTW they all look female so far... :main_robin:
Oh yah...awesome pictures, you'll be able to see the holes in the pores with that camera!!!! :main_thumbsup:
You may be having problems finding a male in that group cause you don't have one...:main_laugh:
personaly I think the last one and the first one are males. but we'll se later. in Ron Tremper's book there are pics identifying babies in 3 weeks...
i was wondering maybe some breeders can say too by these pics
okey - so the 3 is too/ the last one should be temperature sexed male. the photos of the ones I think are males - can show some kind of glow in pores in closer look - I think it's bulges) so almost all of them look like males
I'll post if we were right or wrong in a month later
