she's been eating. but there is an obvious thining of her tail
and how can i bring her back into mealworms. shes currently eating crickets only
i think my temp is right. my set up is right.

Double check your cage temps. The first priority should be getting her weight back up. Let her eat crickets if that's what she'll eat. If she's not losing weight because of starvation then you have to find a vet to check for parasites. She's really, really thin.

Agreed with Mel&keith. I'm sure if you are even a bit concerned about your pet, any vet can check for worms. It doesn't have to be a special herp vet. A friend of mine suspected her beardie had worms took a poop to a vet that basically specializes in cats, they did the check, gave her dewormer and that was all that was needed. Also, do you know if the gecko has been housed on sand at all? I read that the number 1 cause of death in younger (under a year) gecko's is impaction. From the pictures your gecko, looks like a young juvi. If all else checks out, try feeding the slurry recipe it may help you rehydrate and kick your gecko's system into gear. Good luck!

i have her since she was 1 month old. now shes about 3moths . i never use sand on my tub. what are the symptoms of parasites and worms ? can use dewormer for kids in her ? a veru small dosage of course :(
