This is my 1st year with geckos. I raise BP's, but added a few tubs of geckos last year. I'm trying to figure out what I have. I have had a lot of fun hatching out these little guys. I really was not expecting them all to come out so different:)

1st Pairing
Dad (Sold to me as a Tremper Patternless Albino)

Mom (came with dad) I believe she is a Super Hypo She proved out to be het patternless and Albino

I only had 4 good eggs from her this year. It was her first year breeding.

The Babies

1st two shortly after hatching

Next two Eggs (hatched 6/12) The Jungle pattern on the Albino has me confused.

Next Breeding Group

This female was in Really Bad Shape when I got her. She came with the Patternless Albino group. (Traded some ASF's for the 1.3 group)

When she 1st came home

Her Picture from today (Its amazing what a little TLC will do:), I never dreamed she would be so pretty!

I think she is a Super hypo baldy, but not sure. She laid 2 eggs for me and only 1 hatched. I'm sure she will do better next year now that she is back to good health.

The Father (I think he is a hypo) I bought him at a Reptile show because he was pretty and 110 grams!

Their Baby I'm not sure what this one could be, but hatched out at 5 grams!!

Any guesses?

the last baby is a baby tang. The banding will go away as it grows, and the tang pattern will take over most of the body. This one might have a few spots to it though, as both parents do.

The ones with broken bands only on the body or tail would be called aberrants. The albino with the jungle pattern would be called just that. I just typed in another post about the continuum of broken bands from aberrant to patternless stripe. I guess one or more of your geckos has some stripe genetics. You should continue to get all sorts of interesting things.

Thanks Aliza:) That makes sense because I have not had a normal banded baby yet.

Whatever they are, they are very cool and beautiful. You are very lucky for a first time leo breeder! Bob

Thanks Bob,
I have had a lot of fun with these guys!
