Help my friend identify Rasha's morph

He bought her as a Bell, but we're just double (and triple!) checking. He wanted to make this post, himself, but he's still waiting to have his account approved.

It actually looks kind of like a Tremper to me, but it's very hard to tell with the photograph quality.

Really? I was under the impression that trempers had darker red eye veins than she's got. Every picture of Bell eyes i've seen look like her, and Tremper eyes look too dark.
