My gecko looks very sad and lonely, I don't know what to do... He just sits there bored or sad all day he's had the same structure since he was bought, and hes been threw rough times health rise, any idea how I can make him happy?

If the gecko has the right temperatures, and is eating, pooping and either gaining weight or maintaining its weight then it is fine. A lot of these small, cold blooded animals are designed to be active and " interesting"when they need food so they can sustain themselves. If they have all their needs met, many of them will essentially just sit there. Unless it is ill, the gecko is likely not unhappy. The only things I can think of that may result in a little more activity are to add a second level so it may climb a bit (do a search for upstairs or second level) or feed it more active feeders every 2-3 days.

You might try putting a bath tissue roll in his tank, mine enjoy it as a hide they can move around. Also, these are nocturnal animals and are typically more active at night so it's not unusual for them to be inactive during the day.

My geckos sit like bumps on a log, honestly don't worry this is a good thing. if your tank is big enough (10 gallons) per gecko, then you can maybe get him/her a tank mate but the need to be about the same size to prevent bullying. spot and flower are always together i see it more as companionship than bullying since they are both gaining weight. Geckos do not require companions but mine seem happy to have each other :)

Oh also do not house two males together, two females or a male and female can live together tho :)
