With shipyourreptiles is there a way to schedule for customer pickup at the HUB i'm shipping to? Or do I do that when I drop the package off? Need help asap so I can book this shipment. Thanks.

I would recommend calling their help number. I did that last week and it was very helpful. They'll be able to tell you.

who's help number? SYR's or UPS's?

you'll need to find out the address of the hub and put it in the "ship to" section instead of the address of the person your shipping to. you still add there name, but you also need to add a contact #.

You can ship to any UPS Customer Care Center for pick up by the customer. When booking your shipment, make sure to address the package to the UPS Center and in the first name field indicate "UPS Customer Care Center" and then in the last name field, "Pick up by (Name of customer) or "hold for (name of customer)". They will then hold the package, and all the customer has to do is show a photo ID to pick it up.
