We hatched this one about a month ago were not sure what he is!

I'd call them tremper albinos, although the first one does look bell-ish. second leo is a Jungle phase Albino.

If the first one has dark eyes, it's a Tang (hard to see on the photo, but I think so). It's also developing a carrot tail. If it has yellow eyes, it's a Tremper. The second one is a Tremper with a nice broken reverse stripe pattern.

I agree that the second one is a broken reverse stripe Tremper.
