My BB has red marks on her almost like scratches.
She is housed with a smaller female so I took the other female out.
They are housed in a 20 gallon with two hides and no competition for food.

I put some neosporin on to help.
Is this from fighting or what?

What can I do for it?

It's possible they are fighting. Some geckos just don't get along with others. Normally, the biggest will be the bully. I'd up the number of hides...at least 3 for 2 geckos. It would be better to have 4 - 2 on each side - so they don't have to share a hide if they don't want to.

Are you certain they're both female? If the smaller is a male, the scratches could be from attempting to mate.

I am pretty sure they are both female I can't see pores or testicals.
They are seperated now and seem to be doing fine,
I am probably going to be selling the one doing the fighting anyways....

But this is teh second time this bb has gotten red marks.
The other time it was with my normal female.

Geckos just don't like her lol
