HELP!!Setting up hatchling Tubs??

Ok i am setting up my hatcling tubs i got 15qt tubs. my question is wiht the heat cable i am going to buy a thermostat to control it but what i need to know is the set up of it. do i plug the heat cable into thermostat an thermostat into socket or vis-versa? and do i have to probe each tub?

Heat Cable into Theromostat, Thermostat into power supply (outlet, extension cord, whatever).

We use Jonson controllers for our racks and they're my favorite thermostats, hands down. They cost a little more ($80) but the quality of ESU can't compare. I used to work for a pet supply distributer and deal with returns all day so I got to see what these pet store brand products are really made of.

We also keep one (Zilla) digital thermometer in the back of the warmest tub in the rack on each rack just in case. So far we've never had any temperature discrepancies.
