HELP! What shall i do with the BLOOD feces?

One of My new arrival R.A. is in danger!! I think it must be hurted during the Shipping process. It dont eat anything nearly one month's long, drains BLOOD feces and pukes blood too.

i ve try to feed it protein water, but seems that it doesnt work. Now it s progressively worse, What shall i do with it ? Could everybody teach me ? Thancks Sincerely!
