Help with Degei or a better program to use?

Degei has served me well for the past year or so but when it comes to clutch data/hatchling records it seems to be lacking. It's a huge hassle having to generate new records by hand when the database already has the information in the system. When you put in the hatch date in the clutch data section, it should just automatically generate new entries for hatchlings. Does anyone know if Degei is capable of doing that and I'm just missing it? Or is there another program that can do something similar but still tracks all of the things Degei does (weights, sheds, breeding records, clutch data, geneology, that sort of thing)?

I was looking into iherp, but I think i'd run into the same problems. Does it automatically generate hatchling records when you've edited clutch data to say eggs have hatched?
