Help with ID of this morph?

I went through this when I bought my Corn Snake Strangles 6 months ago...I thought I had a non-standard morph and it turned out I just had a cool looking "normal" corn snake (not that it matters...I am really happy with him). So I am wondering if this is the same case with my first Leopard Gecko:

I know its a female, but thats it. The picture is fairly accurate (my camera doesnt always reproduce colors well)...It is mostly yellow with purple markings. The first photo is the most accurate one as far as color...

I havnt even named her yet, and I went to four or five pet stores before settling on this one. I liked her because she had color saturation of both the head and tail and it matched the body. I dont know a lot about Leopard Geckos yet, but almost all the other ones I saw didnt have those features.

I done some cursory research on the various morphs for Leopard Geckos, but I am far from an expert, so I am asking someone to translate for me. What do you think she is?

I found out recently that she is an "Aberrant"..A circle back. Basically a half Jungle.

Anyone know what is up with that coloration? I have only seen one picture of a Leopard Gecko with that coloration, and it was on the cover of a book (so I dont know what it is). I googled pictures of Lavenders, but they dont look like that. Am I missing something?

Is it just me or does she have a ton of spots? or are those the bumps that are on leos?

It seems like its the bumps that are on lets, but does seem to have quiet a few black spots as well
Im thinking maybe normal? I have no idea but she is beautiful :)

She has no black at all that I can see. Just shades of gray and purple. Those spots are all a bluish-purple color. Maybe it is actually a transparent black that gives the illusion of blue or something. I know it works like that in goldfish.

So you think she is just a normal aberrant with funky coloration?

Kinda off topic, but one of the things I discovered that I love about these Geckos is their tails...in the pet stores and in the pictures they are always static. I found out that they move! I didnt know that at all till I saw her do it. I thought their tails basically just drag on the ground. She swishes it when stalking in a serpentine motion like a cat. It makes them look like miniature dinosaurs.

That is probably the coolest thing I have seen Leopard Geckos do so far. Their stalking behavior in general looks a lot like a cat.

I have this hide that reminds me of a dinosaur egg and we always say they are dinosaurs hatching when one of the leos come out of it.

I moved her into a larger aquarium (got a great deal on a used 20 gallon long reptile cage with a screen top and a lamp and extra heater pad on Craigslist for $30...like new condition no less). So I was able to get better pictures.

The earlier ones were discolored because I was using a flourescent aquarium lamp. These are taken with a reptile lamp (day bulb...I plan on buying a red one soon). This is also after her first shed since I got her, so this is her "real" colors.

I finally named her too; Snaps. Eventually I think I will get a trio...another female and then a male.

She's a high yellow, the purple will eventually fade out for the most part.
She has lots of speckles, which *may* indicate being het blizzard or het patternless, but this is just conjecture. She's pretty! When is the last time she had calcium? You may want to give her more than you have been. Her legs look just a tad wobbly.

I have a jar of calcium but was not sure how often to feed it to her. Do you dust worms as well as crickets?

And yeah, her legs are a little wobbly. I thought maybe that was normal for Leopard geckos. I will up the calcium asap.

I read on another site that they cant overdose on calcium.

When I first get mine, I usually let them eat as much calcium as they want while I hold them. Leave a bottle cap of calcium in their cage all the time. It shouldn't have any D3 or phosphorus.

Wow, good call. You were right. She just shed again last night. The purple is noticeably faded.

I hope there is some kind of pattern left though and it doesnt fade completely. I like that pattern.

Thanks for the responses. The calcium supplement worked...she is huge now and her legs seem a lot more solid.
