It's a Tremper albino eclipse. Many people call these raptors, so technically the breeder is correct. In my opinion, a raptor should be a patternless stripe because that's what the "p" in "raptor" stands for, but most people use "raptor" to refer to any Tremper eclipse.
I find that geckos that have broken bands (i.e. aberrant, jungle, stripe, reverse stripe, patternless stripe) seem to have the potential for patternless stripe. It was originally described as a combination of a stripe and a reverse stripe that cancelled out, but I don't think anyone really understands what's going on with stripes. If you say it's "het for patternless stripe" then you're implying that there's a simple recessive gene that causes the patternless striping and I don't think it's that simple. So, you can say that it may have the potential to create patternless stripes. I have gotten 3 excellent patternless stripes this season from a patternless stripe female and a banded Tremper albino male.
