HELP!

I just took my Leo out of her cage to feed her when I noticed this wierd spot on her nose. I don't know what it is and I'm worried. Please, anyone know what this is?
Also my other Leo won't eat and her tail is so thin. Please any suggestions?

She probably had a bit of trouble getting the shed off her nose and rubbed it so much she got a small abrasion. It will be OK and heal on its own.
