can a leo get a side boob just on one side?

ours started on on just one side...then it moved to two....

i was worried at first because the leo it on when i got her for some reason she didnt eat for over a month and i thought she was going to die and then for some reason she just started to eat like a pig.out of my hand clibing for them shes now feeding better that all my other geckos but because she didnt eat for a while i dusted every feeder heavily and then i realised what it was.
