One of my eggs hatched a couple of days ago but the other egg is collapsing and hasnt hatched.I know eggs collapse right before they hatch.Its been 2 days since the other one hatched.How long should I wait before I cut the egg open?

I've had a max. of 5 days between clutchmates hatches. I've also had collapsing eggs hatch. Keep it in the incubator till it either hatches, or gets 2-dimensional or stinks.
