HELP!!

i have one female leopard gecko and her tail just fell off a couple of days ago. but i have another leo already on the way to be her cage mate. i dont have another tank and i cant get one anytime soon and none of my friends can keep her. what do i do???? will it be ok to keep both in the same tank?

Is the one on its way a male or female?. Even if its a female, you still may put your other female in un necessary stress seeing as her tail fell off not to long ago. Why cant you purchase another tank?.

because i just bought this 20 gallon and all the supplies and the leoparrd gecko i dont have anymore money i have invested all my money in it. will she be ok?? by the way i dont have a job im only 15

Is the gecko thats comming a female?. Martinez you really should of made sure you had a separate tank before ordering another one. Where are you going to quarantine the new gecko?. You should ALWAYS quarantine a new gecko incase it has parasites and what not. If the new leo is positive for parasites, it can get your already owned leo sick, and now you have two geckos that are sick, which means vet bills. How are you going to deal with that in case it happens, just trying to make you think about these things buddy. There are 2 big concerns here, you wont be able to quarantine, and im hoping the new one is a female, you wont be able to seperate the two incase of them not getting along. You cant ask your parents for money?, or ask your friends for to loan you some money?. You really need another cage and UTH to make this process much safer and easier for you and your geckos.

yes its a female but i just figured out i can cancel the order because i made it recently am going to wait til i have more money and my other one i fully healed

And we have chaos avoided. Remember when you do get the new animal you keep it seperate from your current female for around 2-3 months. Then you introduce and HOPE they dont mind. Remember, the females dont really like eachother, they dont want eachothers company and would just as if not happier alone, when we put them togather its tolerance. Its like making you stay in a room with people you dont nesseccarily like, so when you do put them togather, keep this in mind.
