Help?

Ok people...help? This is an odd prolapse. Patches has hard lumps(?). He prolapsed last night but after a warm sugar water bath all seemed ok but yet again he's prolapsed. What are these hard lumps? He had them yesterday but they came off, now he has new lumps and he seems to be making himself bleed from trying to sort himself out. Suggestions?

I have a picture but on iPhone. Will try and find a way to post on here ASAP.

I dont quite understanding what youre discribing, but it sounds like he needs medical attention.
No one here will be able to diagnose and treat your pet. We can only give suggestions, and I suggest a vet.
