Can you post a pic of your tank? I don't know about in your area but +++++ is doing a sale on tanks $1 per gallon so you should be able to get a 10 gallon for $10 but the most expensive thing would be a heat pad for $20ish.

I don't know if you have seen that way to sex them with a light. I think I saw that post a few weeks ago.

i use a heating pad and the lights on for looking at it and the thing in the back is a hide
