Hold your breath for a really long time, as long as you can.

Or hold your breath and hold your arms above your head.

If it doesn't work the first time, try a few more times.

It's caused by an air bubble in your diaphragm.

hey the holding the breath and hands above the head worked. Thank you. I tried everything short of standing on my head while holding my breath and drnking water lol.

One of my friends tricked me into putting flour in my mouth....T_T

Then I looked up hiccups online and figured out what they were and figured out to hold my breath with my arms up....

Yeah I remember that, there was even someone who died from hiccups I believe.

OMG If I had hiccups for any length of time they might as well put me in a padded room because I would go absoutely nutso lol.

Well it should be cute because Snowy is Cute. She got out of her cage and type it all by herself.

Petra de Gecko was in her hide waiting for the Sun to come.

It's even worse when you get hiccups in a crowded quiet place like I normally do. :)

I had the hic-ups for three days once, it hurt so bad I went to the ER. the doctor thought it was funny, and told me there was nothing that he could do. they finally just went away. After that i learned there was a boy who holds the world record for having them over a year. And I thought 3 day was awfull.

I have my own technique for getting rid of annoying hiccups.

Stand near the sink as you will need water, usually 2 cups will do it.

Stand up straight and suck your stomach and abs in and hold your breath then slowly take one sip after the other of water while holding your breath. usually after the first cup the hiccups will have gone and wont come back but if after one cup you still have them then try another cup. Remember to sip not gulp.
