I was wondering if anybody knew what percentage HET bell albino the offspring will be for the following combinations: (This is not to be confused with total percentage of different offspring)

  1. Mack Snow x Bell Albino
  2. MS 100% het Bell x MS 100% het Bell
  3. MS 50% het bell x MS 50% het bell
  4. MS x MS 100% het Bell
  5. MS x MS 50% het Bell

I tried looking them up on the sticky for this section, but it doesn't do het percentages. I apologize for the redundancy of these questions.

1. 100% het bell albino
2. 50% het bell albino (25% bell albino, 25% non-albino)
3. not sure how to calculate the percentages from percent chance of hets. But if one is het and the other is not it will be the same outcome as #4. If they both turn out to be het then the outcome is like #2.
4. 50% het bell albino (50% non-albino)
5. not sure

if i'm correct:

#1 agreed all will be 100% het Bell.
#2 all that are not Bell will be 66% het Bell.
#3 the 50% means they have a 50% chance of being het so until proven out they can or can not be het for Bell. So if both are het then the answer is the same as #2, if only 1 is het then your offspring will be 50% het Bell. If neither are het then obviously the offspring will be not be het as well.
#4 50% het
#5 same as #3

all that are not 100% het are only % possible of being het

1.) Mack Snow x Bell Albino - 100% het Bell
2.) MS 100% het Bell x MS 100% het Bell - 66% possible het Bell
3.) MS 50% het bell x MS 50% het bell - 33% possible het Bell (I think)
4.) MS x MS 100% het Bell - 50% possible het Bell
5.) MS x MS 50% het Bell - 25% possible het Bell

Thank you guys so much for your clarification. Now just for me to be completely understanding, in which of those 5 scenarios is there a possibility of me getting an albino?

^^^ :main_yes:

And to clarify, #2 would give you the best chance. That's because, to be 100% het Albino, one gecko from the pair that produced the 100% het would have to have been an Albino. So in #2, both are known het Albinos. :)
