Hey there. Been working a lot so I haven't been able to post on the forum, whether to ask questions or just have a friendly conversation with other leo owners. I am here today to ask a question. I have two leos. One is a normal female (though now I think is male) and a male blizzard (Still kinda on the fence on it's gender really). Normal is 4 years old and Blizzard is 1 year old. Normal is doing great, it eats a lot and acts (from what I've read) like any other leo. Now, my blizzard in the other hand is a bit weird. It eats a lot, poops normally, but it hasn't chosen a corner yet so it poops everywhere including it's water bowl and it's getting kind of tiring having to clean it's poop from the water bowl couple of times a day. I tried moving it around to different locations but it still does the same thing. But that doesn't really concern me as much as it annoys me, what really bothers me is that it has hardly gained any weight. The tail is somewhat fat, body is also somewhat fat. It's a lot bigger than when I bought it but it has yet to grow past (I wanna say) 4 inches. I never weighed my geckos so I can't say how much it weighs. Well, that's all I've got in my mind, if anyone can help that would be great. :)

Are the head, body and tail proportional to each other? There have been some dwarf leopard geckos, usually with normal size head and truncated, rounded body. Either that's what you've got, or it's just taking some time for it to grow. By those ages, you should be able to sex them, especially with a jeweler's loupe or magnifying glass.
