First, I'm wondering why there's all these strange 'Meds for Sale' threads under the Geneneral Gecko Discussion section and even some on here ? It's supposed to be about Geckos.

Also I'm interested in getting an African Fat Tail Gecko as they're supposed to be more docile than the Leopards. Does anyone own any & can validate their 'docility?'

Unfortunately, this forum has been hijacked by spammers and despite my several emails the owner hasn't addressed it. I recommend you check out geckoforums.net or geckosunlimited.com. I own leopard geckos and fat tails. The fat tails are a lot less active so I guess you could call them more docile. On the other hand, if I have to do something like pull stuck shed off the feet, I find in general that the fat tail geckos are more likely to bite! I recommend that you look for a subadult (as opposed to hatchling) leopard gecko or fat tail from a reputable breeder. The slightly older sub-adult will be less jumpy and you'll be able to get a good idea of how it will behave.
