Hi my name is Malin. I'm 19 years old and I live in Sweden 
I have 5 African fattail geckos, 2 males and 3 females. I love them so much and I would like to breed them next season. My interest in reptiles incresed 90% when I was studying to become a animalkeeper I think you say in English hehe. I first had my eyes on leopardgeckos but when I heard that they have a close relative I wanted to see how it looked like.
When I saw the picture of one something just clicked. I knew that was the gecko I really wanted. A few months later I had my first male and female Simba and Nala. Later I got a amel female and she's grown so fast! She's bigger than the male now! :shocked: I also got a female with a crooked back. The breeder thought it would be difficult to sell her so he asked if I wanted her. I got her really cheap and she's had eggs once before but now she's not eating though. I have to force her. Some have said she doesn't eat because he wants to be mated with. I don't have a male who is willing right now but i'm not sure I want her to have eggs anyway.
It's a risk since her back is like that. My latest gecko is a beautiful male. Unfortunately he wasn't as beautiful as he looked in the add! The owner had used an old photo. When I saw the gecko (someone collected and transported him to me) he was really thin and had skin left on his toes. He's gaining weight now thought and he seems willing to mate so i'm really happy about that. But he's of course living alone now so he can gain weight properly
