plus has any1 got any idea what breed my geckos are my male is a really pale yellow with a really fat tale and about 4 to 6 inches long and a plain white under belly 2 of my females are a pale brown with black spots all over one has a farliy thin tale which concerns me but the other has a really fat tale and about the same lenght and my other leopard gecko has an orange browny colour back with just black spots on her head and tale

In order to tell what morph of gecko you have we really need to see pictures. If one of your females has a skinnier tail than you think is OK, don't breed her. I recommend keeping the geckos separated until you get your incubator and egg container, set them up and get the temperatures regulated. The most inexpensive incubator is the hobovator sold by many places including lllreptile.com. The hobovator needs a proportional thermostat since the one it comes with isn't so good, and that jacks up the price by another $100 or so. Check out the Zoo-med website for the incubator they've started putting out which I think has a better thermostat and is similar to the hobovator. For the rest of the information, do a google search for "leopard gecko breeding" and you should find out what you need to know.

Keep the lay box in the cage for more eggs. Set up an egg container with appropriate substrate and moisture (one method is detailed here: http://www.albeysreptiles.com/incubate-eggs.htm).

As far as the gecko with the skinny tail goes, female geckos should be in top condition to breed since it takes a lot out of them and one with a skinny tail is probably not in top condition.

no offense but you seem like your not quite ready for breeding. there is a lot more to it then just pairing up geckos. Please consider researching before introducing your leos. Look into proper breeding techniques, the proper weight and health of your geckos. Incubation, Housing for your babies, consider what your going to do with all the babies, etc, etc. you'll be glad you took your time and did it right vs. learning the hard way. your of to a good start though by asking questions. Good Luck.

I would call the two bottom ones normals and the one with the egg a hypo (reduced spotting). The other one is hard to tell. The spots on the back that run from head to tail like a long stripe suggest it could be a stripe, but that would only be the case if the tail is similarly striped. If you see signs that the tail was originally banded, then it's not a stripe but also a hypo.

UM SEEING SOMETHING FAIRLY BIG HERE!!

Th two middle pictures of the normals have stuck shed all over their feet they are just COVERED in old shed!!!al the way up the hand...you may wanna get in there and help remove.

Also the large amount of dead feeders and poo in the sand..no bueno! And I also don't see a humid hide...were is the hide where your leo's can go into and be moist to help sheding??

To help get shed off: soak them in about 1/2" of warm water in the sink. Hydrogen peroxide with a q-tip may help too, and then there's just scraping away at it with your finger nails as the gecko tries to walk away!
