Hi all,

New to the forum, also kind of new to leapord gecko's, but not reptiles in general. My daughter has a bearded dragon (It's totally mine :main_evilgrin:) and then I rescued this cool little guy/girl and named it Crosby. Was rescued from a friends brother who moved out and decided to leave the gecko there. My friend asked if I'd take it in and "nurse" it back to health. After about a month she is seems to be just fine.

I am quite enamored with Crosby. So much so that I have spent the last 2 days constantly reading about them and am now determined to get at least 2 more of them :D I have no idea of the morph or anything, or if Crosby is a boy or girl. But she is now very good about being handled and makes the beardie jealous :p

I'll stop rambling. Hello again and glad to be here!

PS: Obligatory pic of my daughter and her Bearded dragon Buttercup

Welcome to GF! I could tell better what morph your leopard gecko is with a shot from above, but based on what I see it looks like a superhypo tangerine.

Hello and welcome. beautiful Leo! I agree with Aliza looks like a super hypo tang :) . We could probably help determain if its a boy or girl if you could take a pic of the underside between the hind legs.

Sometimes when a thread is posted it comes up as "Moderated" which means that only the moderators can see it and it doesn't show up to everyone else until the moderator approves it. In many cases it's kind of like hitting the "jackpot" at airport security and having your stuff searched even though you're not the type. That means if it takes a mod a few days to see it and deal with it, it may not show up for awhile.

Why hello again!:) Now that's a good looking family! Leo's are crazy addictive! Mylo acts so much like my BD Myah! I was completely shocked. May have to get another one myself! LOL! I just love Crosby's speckely chin. It'd be interesting to see how much Crosby weighs. She looks to be a nice size. Welcome my friend:D

Hi there! I actually just got a baby. Will throw some pics up of her later. Crosby is pretty big as far as leos go. I havent measured him, but I'd guess at least 11 inches. The baby is maybe...3 or 4? :D

Edit: I swear this house is in full shed! Crosby is now shedding as well as my beardie. WTH lol

Havent been back in awhile! Got really busy ect ect. At any rate wanted to share some pics of my not so much of a baby anymore. She has yet to be named. But here we go!

Last one is terrible quality sorry, my phone was almost dead so no flash.

I have no idea of the sexes of either of my leos, and as of right now they are in seperate tanks. The baby isnt named yet (my daughter hasnt named her yet) and Crosby is a fatty and lazy. I still have yet to get them still enough to take under shots for sexing. But I'm working on it!
