Hide Question

My male gecko for the last day has been just laying on top of his hide. He also has not gone into the moist hide either. Other that that he is behaving normal. Can anyone suggest why he might not be going into the hides.

Hides could be dirty or he may just like being on top. Could also be a dominance thing if he smells another male.

What are your temperatures like in those hides? It could be too warm.

My leos love sitting on top of their cool hides? i wouldnt read too much into it
