Hides & Shedding Box

I have 2 female Leos. We have a 10 gallon tank with 2 hides, 1 under the heat lamp and one on the cool side. In addition to these 2 hides we need to have a shed box right?
We are upgrading to a 36" L terrarium on Monday to give the Leos more room.
Thanks for your help. We've had these Leos for only one week.

Yes a moist hide is needed for shedding.

Thats great you are upgrading their tank Yes they need a humidity hide. I use those round bowls that you buy prepackaged crickets in. Just wash them with soap and water, dry and cut a nice opening for the geckos to get in and out. Also line the bowl with moiste paper towel.

The warm side.

This is my bigger tank. You can see there are 3 hides for my 1 male in there the part to the right I water and the other one is just hot with no moister.

[Yea, baker your wrong about the humid hide, It should be on the cool side so it will not dry up as fast.]

You decided to switch it to the warm side? I keep mine on thewarm side so the heat makes t water evaporate faster, causing more humidity that stays humid longer.
