High Humidity Bad?

I just finished my rack and i put tubs in it. They are quite a bit shorter than the shelves. Since there is a kinda big gap, I haave to put the lids on the tubs. The water dishes, I guess, evaporate and the tubs get kinda humid like the humid hides. Is this bad? Will they get sick since the tubs are humid? I don't want to hurt them. please help!

Add some more holes to the containers to help release the humidity and make sure the water dish and humid hide is on the cool side of your tub.
