Hine Ghost and Mack Pastel

Is anyone working with these morphs and know where to obtain a group of them. If I read right the Mack Pastel is a dominant morph and is the ghost a co-dom, dominant, or recessive. Can anyone confirm from experiance? Also why isn't the ghost morph on Leopardgeckowiki.com?
